Minitrigger, PP, 24/410, tube length 220 mm
Modern application mechanisms in the form of triggers, atomisers or dispensers mounted on various types of containers are an extremely diverse and fast-growing market. Such systems for releasing the product inside the packaging are used in many industries. They can be found primarily in the cosmetics and perfume industry, but also in the automotive cosmetics segment, in medicine and pharmacy - as a disinfectant applicator, in households - as a dispenser for hygiene products, various types of liquids, lotions or soaps. The ease and practicality of their application means that they can also be used in products other than cosmetics, i.e. in construction chemicals, plant protection and agriculture.
Particularly noteworthy is a solution such as trigger, which is also available in a wide assortment. The triggers can be mounted on bottles and canisters of various capacity, shapes and materials - plastic or glass. They are available with different sizes of threads, with different lengths of connected tubes, in variety of colors, with different coatings (matte or glossy) or with mechanisms securing the opening (on/off, clip). The most popular material for triggers is polypropylene (PP).
In the cosmetics and perfumery industry, as well as in household and gardening products, where smaller quantities of applied product are used, the minitrigger PP 24/410 is very popular. It is ergonomic, economical and guarantees an even spraying of liquids. It is available with the popular standard thread 24/410, with a diameter of 27 mm. Its weight is only 17 grams. The length of the tube to which it is connected is 220 mm. It is made in a universal, popular white colour with a glossy surface. It is made of polypropylene (PP), which can be recycled. Therefore, it has significant, distinguishing ecological values, appreciated by an increasing number of both manufacturers and customers. The number of triggers in a collective packaging is 500 pieces.
The minitrigger 24/410 can be mounted on bottles of different volumes, such as 100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml or 500 ml. These bottles are usually made of materials such as aluminium, HDPE, ECO-HDPE or PET.
Our shop recommends the minitrigger PP 24/410 to manufacturers of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. It is an economical, popular and proven product. The well-thought-out and simple mechanism makes it reliable. Our customer service department will be happy to answer your questions about this product.
