The amount of healthy substances that can be found in strawberries is just huge:
- Vitamin C - to reduce blushing, boost common resistance and work as a strong antioxidant;
- Vitamin A – to moisturise, regenerate skin and provide extra resilience;
- Vitamin B1 – for healthy and rejuvenated hair;
- Vitamin B2 – against acne and seborrheic dermatitis;
- Vitamin B6 – to normalize sebaceous excretion;
- Vitamin E – a natural atioxidant giving UV protection and reducing skin swelling;
- Potassium – to soothe acne and moisturize skin from inside;
- Phosphorus – to maintain proper epidermis regeneration;
- Sodium – to maintain skin moisturizing and blood supply;

Clarifying and nurturing mask – mix a cupped hand of mashed strawberries with an egg yolk and a spoon of potato flour. Mix thoroughly and spread around the face. Let sit for 20 minutes and then rinse.
Hair repairing mask – mash ten ripe strawberries, add 4 spoons of milk. Don’t eat it – just spread around the hair. Let sit under some coverage for 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water and some gentle shampoo.
Protein-moisturizing hair mask – mix a few strawberries with a spoon of honey and a spoon of natural yoghurt. Spread on the hair, let sit for 30 minutes under a towel, then rinse.
Hair mask – mix a few berries with a soft avocado, apply to dry hair flocks. Rinse in 30 minutes.
