Examples of personalized gifts
Speaking of combinations, preparing sets of several little things in one box is always a good idea. An easy to make set would be:
- branded pen,
- some branded sweets,
- a beautiful or funny postcard,
- discount coupon if applicable,
- spruce boughs, and
- all the wrapped in a heart-warming packaging
Depending on the business specificity, the set can be easily customized and modified to match the industry and clients.
There are some open-ended gadgets, that are worth keep in stock in larger amounts to cut some costs. For example, branded sweets may be later used during tradeshows and other events or even just given out in brick-and-mortar shops, added to package for online purchases, and so on.
Sustainable gift packing
Depending on whether the gifts are sent via post or handed directly, it requires some packaging adjustments. In any case there’s plenty of space to use recycled or at least recyclable materials. There’s no shame for re-using shiny paper or gift bags.
Gift packaging gains even more sustainability by using old newspapers, paper shopping bags, shreds of cloth, recycled cardboard, jars, or other containers. Decoration can be easily made ECO, too – use dried citrus, cinnamon sticks, tree cones for the atmosphere, wrapped with compostable laces, paper ribbons and finish with old flash jewelry.
At the same time, avoid plastic ribbons and tape, and replace them with paper, old leather laces, cloth cut-offs, wire and so on.
Time matters
Gift planning never ends up good when left for the last second. Even entirely brilliant ideas go to waste when procrastinated until the suppliers of necessary accessories and customization services are run out of stocks. So, make sure to reserve enough time to:
- set and check all order details,
- think up the design,
- customization and printing,
- deliveries,
- packing,
- handing or shipping to the customers.
Everyone loves receiving presents. Even the smallest things make people feel remembered and appreciated. And, what’s most important for business, makes them more likely to buy from us.
