How to keep a summer tan?

Oh, that beautiful suntan reminding of those relaxing days on the beach keeping the hearth worm and cheering up during gloomy autumn days… How does one keep it as long as possible (until the first frost at least)? Here is a couple of tips

· Maintain proper nutrition and hydration – moisturize the skin from inside by drinking plenty of water and taking in rich in beta-carotene, which provides the golden-brown tint for the skin. Eat more carrots, melons, apricots, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
· Refuse from taking hot baths – contact with hot water leads to even faster skin dehydration, which is the last thing we’d like to deal with.
